Fair terms for useful tools.
These terms explain the basic rules for using Sada Files, its developer portal, API keys, and server-assisted processing.
Last updated 19 October 2026
Using the service
You may use Sada Files for lawful file processing and integration. You remain responsible for your files, instructions, outputs, and the right to process submitted content. Core browser tools do not require a developer account; developer API access does.
Developer accounts and keys
Keep credentials and API keys confidential, use only the scopes you need, and revoke exposed keys promptly. You are responsible for activity performed with your keys. We may suspend access to protect the service or others.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content; infringe rights; distribute malware; evade limits; probe or disrupt infrastructure; automate abusive traffic; or use outputs to deceive, harm, or unlawfully profile people.
Availability and changes
The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Tools, formats and limits may change. Keep original files and verify important outputs before relying on them.
Warranty and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sada Files is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported files, incorrect options, third-party systems, or failure to keep an original copy. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
