Who this notice covers
This notice covers visitors using Sada Files, people who submit support or privacy requests, and developers who create an account or API key. ChronoSpark Solutions operates the service.
Files and processing
Some tools can process files in your browser. Other tools require server assistance. The tool flow tells you before an upload and asks for confirmation where required.
Server-assisted inputs and outputs use encrypted ephemeral storage, expire within 24 hours, and can be removed sooner with Delete now. Files are not used for advertising or model training.
Information we handle
The public counter records aggregate visits with short-lived random event IDs to avoid counting retries twice. With analytics consent, we also record sessions, return visits, page paths without queries, referrer host, language, browser, operating system and screen size. Browser identity tokens are random; only their hashes are stored on the server. Location is optional, requires a separate browser permission and is rounded to two decimal places. We do not store raw network addresses or collect file contents for analytics. Page events and sessions expire after 90 days, inactive profiles after one year. Withdrawing analytics consent deletes the linked records while retaining anonymous totals.
For developers: email address, password hash when email sign-in is used, Google account subject when Google sign-in is used, session state, API-key name, prefix, scopes, expiry, revocation and last-used time. We never store the full API key after it is shown.
Support and privacy requests may contain the reply email and details you provide. Operational logs contain request IDs, status, timing and daily-salted network hashes—not filenames or file contents.
Why we use it
We use this information to deliver requested tools, secure accounts and API access, enforce fair-use limits, respond to requests, diagnose failures, meet record-keeping duties, and—with consent—understand aggregate site usage.
Your choices and rights
You can refuse optional analytics without losing functionality, reopen Privacy choices from every page footer, clear device history locally, delete server jobs immediately, revoke API keys, and submit an access, correction, erasure or grievance request through the privacy request form.
