Limited access, defined purpose.
How infrastructure and delivery partners may support Sada Files without turning your files into tracking data.

What a processor is
A processor is a provider that handles limited information under our instructions to operate Sada Files. We select providers for security, confidentiality, deletion controls, and appropriate contractual protections.
Processor categories
Infrastructure hosting and object storage may handle encrypted temporary files and operational metadata. Email delivery may handle support or account messages. Monitoring and database infrastructure may handle security and aggregate service records. We do not appoint advertising or data-broker processors.
Data minimisation
Processors receive only what is needed for their role. File contents are excluded from analytics and support logs. API keys are stored as one-way hashes, and network identifiers used for analytics rotate daily.
Changes and questions
This page describes processor functions rather than promising a permanent vendor list. Material changes that affect privacy are reflected here and in the privacy notice.
