ChronoSpark Solutions operates Sada Files and determines why the limited account, support, security, and consented analytics data described in this notice is processed.
Data and purpose
We process developer account and API-key metadata to provide authenticated API access; support details to answer you; short-lived file jobs to perform requested processing; security metadata to prevent abuse; an identifier-free aggregate counter needed to display the public site total; and detailed anonymous page views only after consent to improve the service.
Consent and withdrawal
Optional analytics is off until selected. You can withdraw it through Privacy choices in the footer. Withdrawal stops future optional collection without affecting core tools.
Access, correction, erasure and grievance
Use the privacy request form or email privacy@sadafiles.com. Send grievances to grievance@sadafiles.com. We may request proportionate verification for account data.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use the service lawfully, and do not impersonate another person or submit a false grievance.
