300 × 300 px PNG with transparency. Also exported at 75 × 75 px and 50 × 50 px for search results and compact store views.
Bundled in your application manifest: Square 44x44 Logo (Taskbar/App list), Square 150x150 Logo (Start menu tile), and Splash Screen (620 × 300 px).
Windows scales assets up to 400% (Square 176x176, Square 600x600, Splash 2480x1200) for Surface and 4K monitors.
Minimum resolution is 1366 × 768 px. Recommended is full 1920 × 1080 px (1080p) or 3840 × 2160 px (4K) PNG, at most 50 MB each (min 1, max 10).
