Do I need to sign up?

No. There is no account system at Sada Files. Open the page, enter a URL or paste your code, and read the report.

How many links does it check?

Up to 200 unique http(s) links on the page, five at a time. mailto:, tel: and javascript: links are skipped.

How are links checked, and is anything stored?

Each link gets a HEAD request (falling back to a small GET when a server refuses HEAD) through our SSRF-safe fetcher — public addresses only, 10-second timeout, every redirect re-checked. Results are shown once and never stored.

What counts as broken?

Any 4xx or 5xx status, or no response at all. Redirects are listed separately so you can link straight to the final URL.

Can it crawl my whole site?

No — it checks one page at a time on purpose. For a sitemap-wide check use the XML Sitemap Validator, which samples listed URLs.
